This attitude and philosophy has kept us in business for over 49 years. The Owners of Central Maintenance & Service Company will be personally involved, and have a vested interest in your account.

Dave Duffy
President

Dave received a Degree in Business Administration from West Virginia Wesleyan College with a concentration in accounting and management. He joined Central Maintenance & Service in 1977 and worked in all areas of the service department before working in Sales and Customer relations. He became President in 1987 and is currently active in all phases of the business.

Terry Duffy
Vice President

Terry joined Central Maintenance in a full time capacity after graduating from West Virginia University in 1983. He worked in all phases on the business including Operations, Sales and Customer Service and became Vice President in 1989. Today Terry is involved with Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Key account Management and is a member of the Safety Committee.

Les Leasure
Vice-President of Operations

Les joined Central Maintenance & Service as an Account Manager for a large Westinghouse facility. He participated in numerous Westinghouse training programs and has an extensive background in Law Enforcement, Fire Protection Safety, Hazardous Materials and Emergency Response. After two years in Law Enforcement, Les joined Central Maintenance & Service as Operations Manager and was promoted to Vice President. He is responsible for our Company wide training program and enforcement of company policies. Les is also a Licensed Private Investigator.

Jaison Metnick
Director of Sales & Marketing

Jaison joined Central Maintenance in July 2008 to manage all aspects of marketing and business development. He received a BS in Business Administration from Robert Morris University with a concentration in Health Services Management. Jaison comes to Central Maintenance & Service Company with over 10 years of sales and customer relations experience.

Michael Mavrovich
Controller

Mike received a BA in Mathematics in 2000 and a Masters in Accounting in 2007 form St. Vincent College in Latrobe. Mike joined CMS in 2007 and handles all phase of the companies finances including banking, cash management accounts payable and receivable and insurance and tax matters. Mike is also a member of the company's safety committee.

Lou Chieffallo
Regional Accounts Manager

Lou joined Central Maintenance & Service Company in 1992 after working for a large national cleaning contractor where he specialized in start-ups and managing large accounts. After joining our company he served as project manager at two large office complexes from 1991 to 2000, and was selected as Operations Director at Sony Technology Center in 2000 where he was also responsible for the operation of our temporary service company. He currently is a Regional Accounts Manager and is responsible for directing our project managers and supervisors at several of our large accounts.

Carol Sinclair
Regional Accounts Manager

Carol joined Central Maintenance & Service Company in October of 1999, when Central Maintenance acquired Atsco Company. She currently manages numerous accounts throughout the area and does the daily scheduling for our Special Services Crew. She is also active in customer relations.

Deborah Betonte
Office Manager

Deb joined CMS in 1997 as an administrative assistant and receptionist. She became office manager in 2006. She is responsible for billing, payroll administration and workman's compensation matters and is a member of our Safety Committee.

Sandi Soldati
Administrative Assistant

Sandi Joined CMS in 2007 as an administrative assistant. She is responsible for HR duties, payroll administration and acts as office receptionist.
